The Firm:
This is a well established firm that operate from a mid north side location. They will be looking as much for personality as they are for qualifications. For this firm its important that you fit. The firm has a great approach and look for ways to be different. They are set up for efficiency in the manner they utilise their systems and pride themselves with their systems and technology to help you be more efficient. So efficient in fact that you'll be able to have every Friday afternoon off, everyone else does. The office closes at lunchtime.
The Position:
As a client manager you will be responsible for managing your workflow, delegating work and ensuring you are spending time thinking about how you could be assisting your clients improve their lives. You'll be considering restructure opportunities, looking at the best approach and vehicle for them at this point in time that will take them where they're looking to go. You will be managing a portfolio of in excess of $700k and with the support of your partner you will assist in the growth of this portfolio. The role is available because the last manager was promotes as he took the client base to a level sufficient to need another role.
About You:
You will really enjoy client contact, helping your clients and have the scope to be truly advising clients. The role is a mix of Business and SMSF work and you will need a solid level of experience of managing you own workflow and delegating the compliance work to more junior staff. You will most likely live on the north side and be looking for a great opportunity to build a business base with a great team in a professional yet relaxed environment.
